# WhizReviewer-ML-Pro-123B License

This license ("License") is based on the Mistral AI Research License and includes additional terms specific to the WhizReviewer-ML-Pro-123B model ("the Model").

## 1. Scope and Acceptance

1.1. This License applies to any use, modification, or distribution of the Model.

1.2. By accessing, using, modifying, or distributing the Model, you agree to be bound by the terms of this License.

## 2. Permitted Uses

2.1. Subject to the restrictions in Section 3, you may use, copy, modify, and distribute the Model for research purposes only.

2.2. "Research Purposes" means use that is:
   (a) For personal, scientific, or academic research, and
   (b) Not for profit or commercial purposes.

## 3. Restrictions

3.1. You may not use the Model for any commercial purposes or in connection with any commercial activities.

3.2. You may not use the Model for official peer reviews or formal academic evaluations.

3.3. You may not misrepresent outputs from the Model as human-generated reviews.

3.4. You may not use the Model to generate false or misleading academic content.

## 4. Attribution and Disclosure

4.1. For any research paper or academic work that used the Model for assistance, you must include the following statement in an "AI Assistance Declaration" section:

   "This work was assisted by the WhizReviewer-ML-Pro-123B model. The model was used for [specific purposes, e.g., 'preliminary review', 'feedback on draft versions', etc.]. All final content and conclusions are the responsibility of the human authors."

## 5. No Warranty and Limitation of Liability

5.1. The Model is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

5.2. In no event shall the creators or distributors of the Model be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from the use of the Model.

## 6. Termination

6.1. This License automatically terminates if you fail to comply with its terms and conditions.

## 7. Notice

## 8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction.
    a. This Agreement and any dispute arising out of or relating to it will be governed by the laws of China, without regard to conflict of law principles, and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to this Agreement.
    b. The People's Courts in Hangzhou City shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of this Agreement.
