New Organization and Model ID Change

Hi Everyone,
The name of this model has been changed to UCLA-EMC/Meta-Llama-3.1-8B-AWQ-INT4. Apologies if this has created any issues in using the hugging face token. I have just created a new organization for UCLA's Elegant Mind Club. All future models will be posted to this organization page in order for various members of our lab to share their models.
