Phi-4 release

On Dec 13, 2024, Microsoft announced Phi-4 (https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/blog/aiplatformblog/introducing-phi-4-microsoft%E2%80%99s-newest-small-language-model-specializing-in-comple/4357090) and also stated that the weights would be released at hf "the next week".
Am I looking at the wrong place? I haven't been able to find the Phi-4 files here or anywhere else.
